Tata Motors DVR share price rose nearly 9 percent intraday on October 21 after the Ace investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala increased his stake in the company. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has hiked his stake in Tata Motors DVR to3.93 percent in the September quarter from1.97 percent in the June quarter.
Among the foreign portfolio investors (FPIs), Vanguard Emerging Markets Stock Index Fund has raised its stake in the company from4.58 percent to4.68 percent.
Meanwhile, Jhunjhunwala reduced his stake in Tata Motors hardly to1.11 percent in the quarter ended September 2021 from1.14 percent in the June quarter.
At 1225 hrs Tata Motors-DVR was quoting at Rs 250, up Rs17.40, or7.48 percent on the BSE.
The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 284 and a 52-week low of Rs54.55 on 19 October, 2021 and 02 November, 2020, independently.
Presently, it’s trading11.97 percent below its 52-week high and358.3 percent above its 52-week low.
