New Delhi: Bharatpe Asheerer Grover Co-Founder on Tuesday resigned from the company and its council. Mr. Grover was sent on leave after allegations of rough language against Mahindra Bank Box staff and fraudulent practices, which he refused.
He and his wife accused the bank to deny the promise to make it shared worth of ₹ 500 crore when Nykaa (IPO) initial public offering was launched.
Mr. Grover has submitted an arbitration request with the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC), which claims that the company’s investigation of it is illegal. SIAC, though, rejected his request, gave him relief in this matter.
