The price of gasoline and diesel remained unchanged in four Metro countries for more than 100 days on March 2, but prices change several other cities.
On November 3, the government went for the deepest excise to cut the retail price of the record high, reducing gas duties of Rs 5 and on Diesel by RS 10. Many States and the United States followed the central advantage to provide assistance to consumers.
There has been a reshuffle of prices in cities such as Noida, Gurugram, Jaipur, Lucknow and Patna, News18 reported.

In Mumbai, cutting on November 4 reduced gasoline prices to rs 109.98 per liter, which remained unchanged. Diesel is at Rs 94.14 per liter.
The last tariff cuts exist in Delhi when reducing local sales taxes, or value added tax (VAT), on gasoline from 30 to 19.4 percent from 1 December midnight, reducing prices around Rs 8 to Rs 95.41 per liter. Gasoline in Delhi costs Rs 95.41 while the cost of diesel rs 86.67 per liter.
In Kolkata, the price of gasoline and diesel remained at Rs 104.67 and Rs 89.79. Gasoline sold at Rs 101.40 and Diesel at Rs 91.43 in Chennai.
Nagaland lowered taxes on gasoline from 29.80 to 25 percent per liter, producing savings of RS 2.22 for end customers.
Diesel tax rates also decrease from RS 11.08 to Rs 10.51 per liter. Other countries such as West Bengal, Rajasthan, Assam, and Meghalaya also cut off their gasoline and diesel rates.
