New Delhi: Today’s gasoline and diesel prices are closed by 80 Paise each liter, taking a total rate increase in the last nine days to ₹ 5.60 per liter.
Gasoline in Delhi will now cost ₹ 101.01 per liter with ₹ 100.21 previous while Diesel rates ride from ₹ 91.47 per liter to ₹ 92.27 according to the notification of state fuel retailers.
In Mumbai, the price of gasoline and diesel per liter reached ₹ 115.88 and ₹ 100.10 each after the price was approached by 84 Paise and 85 Paise.
Rates have increased throughout the country and varies from state to country depending on local taxation incidents.
This is the increase in the ninth price since the end of a long hiatus four and a half months in the revision of the tariff on March 22.
On the first four occasions, prices increased by 80 Paise A liter – the steep one-day increase due to the revision of the daily price was introduced in June 2017.
In the following days, gasoline prices rose by 50 Paise and 30 Paise per liter while diesel rose by 55 Paise and 35 Paise per liter. The price of gasoline on Tuesday climbed by 80 Paise per liter and diesel at 70 Paise.
Overall, gasoline and diesel rings have risen each ₹ 5.60 per liter.
