The test form:
In the online exams also there are two forms available. In the first form, the candidate is provided with the password and user id with the help of which he can log in and appear in the test from any centre including his home. In the second form, the candidate is asked to be at an office or a specific centre where he just needs to log in to the site and start the test. In this test, some organizations prefer to have a system where the candidate can also view his score while in some systems only the concerned authority can have access to the score and accordingly he can carry the process ahead.

Hence it helps to reduce the workload and speed up the recruitment process. From the company point of view also it proves much helpful as in short period a huge staff can be hired which can prove much helpful in different processes of the organization.

There are also organizations where these tests are prepared by experts as per the requirements asked by its clients which are companies. Hence they offer customized tests also. In the offline test, it proves time-consuming while in the online tests the time is saved to a large extent which is the biggest advantage for the HR as well as the companies. However, in this test, if the candidate has to appear on his own, he needs to have a computer and internet connection else he has to appear in the test at the designated centres by the concerned companies.
