New Delhi: Amazon.com Inc. has carried out an attack in his bitter dispute with two Indian retailers, accusing them of fraud in Indian newspaper advertisements on Tuesday after the reliance industry suddenly took over many retail stores in the future.
Amazon has planned the sale of retail assets of future $ 3.4 billion in groups planned to reliance, first announced in 2020, and this case is currently in the presence of the Indian Supreme Court.

Dependence, the largest conglomerate and retailer in India run by the richest people in the country, began to take over valuable real estate by secretly on FEB.25 when his staff appeared in many of the biggest stores in the future to carry control, the source had told Reuters.

In the headline advertising “Public Notification” in the leading Indian newspaper on Tuesday, Amazon said: “These actions have been carried out by chllandestin by playing fraud in the Constitutional Court in India.”

The future and dependency does not immediately respond to a comment request.

The Amazon public outcry was present even though on March 3 it offered to hold talks. Ongoing talks have increased hoping that disputes can be resolved.

The future said in submitting this month that it could not pay rent in many outlets given its depressed financial situation and dependence, which had taken over a lot of rent, had published it with a stop notice.

Amazon worried that dependence continued to take over the shops in the future even when talks continued, according to sources with direct knowledge of unauthorized problems to talk to the media and were rejected to be identified.

The newspaper ad aims to remind all stakeholders, including future lenders, that asset transfers to rely on legally prohibited, the source is added.
